He makes them everyone else's problems by treating people like crap just because he can and because he feels justified in doing so. He's not handling them. He's just bottling them up and using it as an excuse to be mean.

So yeah, fine. It is a statement on how I think he should handle things because it'd be a lot better if he actually handled them instead of being a brat about it!
