1. please rate your experiences on a scale from one to ten.

2. did you appreciate the complamentary mints and bathrobes provided in every room/

3. what, if anything, could be done to make your stay more enjoyaable/

4. how many teeth would have to fall out of your head before you stopped finding it upsetting/

seriously though i dont get how this helps. even if they are different for everyone, what does that tell you/
