It doesn't make any difference. This is common sense, and changing worlds doesn't make murder suddenly legal. Even if Norfinbury's laws say to murder, it doesn't make it right.

Killing in cold blood is wrong. Assisted suicide is still wrong. Even killing in self defense is questionable at best when you can learn to disarm and subdue. Excessive force isn't necessary when it leaves blood on your hands. You're hurting another human being. You don't know if they can be helped if you kill them before trying.

And even if they are a criminal, you aren't the one who gets to decide they can stop living.
