It was funny. He hadn't minded the nattering on their little road trip. To be fair, that was probably because Mohinder spent the majority talking about abilities. The parts he didn't, Sylar got in a fair amount of philosophy. It was far more interesting than this.
So while he spent a minute or two just watching his breath form in the cold air, he eventually turned to Mohinder and said, "Look. Mohinder..." His eyes betrayed a sadness he didn't feel and he curled his arms in a hug around himself. "Could we not, right now? He's- he's not going to get less dead, you know? And it could be us next. I just- I really don't want to think about it for five minutes."
The more pathetic Zane seemed, the better Mohinder responded. This was a pattern Sylar noticed. And maybe it'd get Mohinder to shut up for a little bit.
