[Cassel has pegged Trent as dangerous. That's not necessarily bad—almost everyone Cassel deals with on a day to day basis is dangerous, but that means Cassel is watching him just a little more closely than he would some of the people he's found himself stuck with for the night. He's planted himself across the room, back to one wall and pack against his side, and he's trying to ignore the now near constant pattering of feet across the floorboards. It's nothing, he tells himself. Nothing but this place screwing with them.
Trent, however, seems to think otherwise, seems to think Cassel is the one behind it, and Cassel apparently isn't doing a great job of convincing him otherwise. Trent also has a much handier weapon than Cassel does. Things aren't looking great.
So, went Trent lashes out again, Cassel does his best to make his body language as nonthreatening as possible, shoulders slouching to combat his height, eyebrows up and expression placating.]
I'm not doing anything, man. I've been sitting here the whole time.
