The memory of her last night out with Shepard hits her from nowhere. He'd been put-together in something other than a leather jacket, for once, and she'd pulled out all the stops on an Asari gown. 'Get this woman more wine!' It's a bittersweet memory, and one she puts away before it can sour what's been a pleasant enough conversation. (Pleasant enough considering the lies, and the not-joking jokes about murder, and Miranda's fingers still curled around the edge of the board.)
