No. Not every night. But sometimes, when they begin to chase someone...they don't stop.

He's aware on some level he's being way too sleepily vague to be helpful. So he tries again.]

They seem to...like chasing some people. I don't know why, or how they choose their prey. Sometimes they leave at nightfall.
