I don't think it's just an hallucination, though, no. We know that there's something very wrong with the revival system here. If there wasn't then all of the people in the mass graves up north would be walking around, the same as us. Why are we different from them? Something is picking and choosing, and maybe it's the Admin. But I think there's something else in the system at work and it might manifest as that creature.
