The blue-haired boy stared quizzically at the stranger in front of him, with an unreadable expression. He thought he heard a shout and a clatter in the next-door room, and just kind of... walked into there, without a second thought. Though, he seemed more subtly startled that there was another person here, rather than any trace of being upset or saddened that she had gone and helped herself to some of the food that was inside the house. Maybe a good sign? He really doesn't say anything more than that single-word greeting, just keeping his gaze on her for a few more seconds, then facing away to look out the window again.
You get the distinct impression he doesn't talk much. If there's anything she might be able to recognize though, it's that underneath his opened winter coat that he opened as soon as he was indoors, he's wearing a Gekkoukan uniform.
