Even on occasions she hadn't felt like being around people she knew, it had been a simple matter to wander the streets of Midgar, lost among the crowds and the bustling sounds that might not mean anything but still reminded her that there was a whole world around her.
Having only the voices and images from the other end of a tablet hasn't quite been the same.
And so as she ventures into the house up ahead and sees someone already there, natural suspicion and caution is tempered somewhat by the sheer relief at seeing another actual living human - or at the very least, living person.]
