Hanging on the wall, Cinna finds a long white lab coat and he grabs that to pull it on. He still keeps the sheet wrapped around his waist because the coat isn't too entirely long. It just barely covers what needs to be covered for Cinna to be comfortable... just barely. There is no closure in the front, no zipper, no snap, no button.

Cinna, having been a double agent for the Rebellion in the belly of the beast in the Capitol, is well accustomed to looking for others lurking in dark corners, lest he be overheard speaking of things that he shouldn't by the wrong person. So once he has the coat, he looks around and does spot the boy sitting in the dark against the wall.

"Hello." He says, his voice soft and almost melodic. "I'm Cinna. Do you know what we're doing here?"
