Eyes wide and unblinking, Grey shakes his head. He doesn't know what he's doing here, or why they're here. Or even where here is.

This man, he thinks, the way he walks, the way he talks, the way he looks. He would be from the front of the train, not the tail.

The good thing, his life has taught him, is that he will be more able to defend himself than this man is. He thinks of ways to kill him; that's what Grey's been taught to do.
