Cinna does have a stately air about him. His movements are sure and smooth, elegant save for the fall when he had just stood from the cold slab on which he'd awoken. Even without his usual attire, he is this. Grey's assessment would be correct. There is very little about Cinna that is intimidating or confrontational. In fact, he's quite the opposite.
