The differences in them are stark. Most Capitol citizens might look down upon Grey upon first glance. Grey looks like someone from the outer Districts of Panem, Districts that are poverty stricken and starving. Cinna has never looked down on those people. He's hoped for better for them. And more recently, he's Rebelled against those who would allow them to live in such squalor.

He's glad to let Grey lead the way. For all of their differences, the boy seems the sort who can take care of himself. Far better than Cinna has ever been capable of. Cinna speaks up from behind him as they move through the hallways. "I'm sorry I didn't catch your name."
He pauses. "And perhaps if we come across them we could pause for some clothes for the both of us."
