About them: Cissnei is the sort of person who can talk to just about anyone, but who tends to keep a lot about herself to herself in the process. She was more or less raised by Turks and it shows; she's cautious and methodical in anything she considers to be work, but she does have a fun side when the mood takes her. She's slow to trust, but if she decides she cares about someone she'll be loyal to them no matter what.
Current plans: Right now, Cissnei's just trying to adjust to the climate here, move past the slight cast chaos...and travelling with Sephiroth, because that'll help her case. Not sure what the general plan is for them moving forward but it'll probably involve Logic and Methodical Searching because they are Team Shinra.
Desired CR: More cross-canon friendships would be great. Sephiroth aside, things with her cast are still on slightly shaky ground and because of that, she's not really letting on that she's travelling with anyone. If they happen to run into other groups that would be great but generally Cissnei will feel happier in smaller groups - the bigger the group, the bigger the target and that makes this little Turk uneasy.
Not looking for: Nothing in particular springs to mind, though I'm not looking for anything majorly angsty right now. Canon stuff's been taking care of that and I'd like her to have at least SOME calmer time before everything kicks off again.

He's all around friendly, perhaps a bit too friendly when it comes to the ladies, but over all he's an approachable enough of a guy. He has... no skills whatsoever except when it comes to gathering rumors and gossip, and he's a bit flippant and arrogant, while still remaining friendly.
Current plans: Right now Emmanellain is trying to acclimate to being here, but also desperately wants to meet up with his half-brother, Haurchefant. He is traveling with no one as of right now, and in fact has no idea where to even go. He was not made for much more than being a city-boy noble and avid tavern patron.
Desired CR: I would like for Emmanellain to make some friends, as shallow of the word it may be when it comes to him. He needs people to talk with, gossip to, and honestly help him keep from getting himself killed. He's a man who had to have a child manservant keep his shit together, because this kid half his size was better put together than he is, if that says anything.
However, it would be fun to also get some negative CR with him. He's got a talent for off putting ladies, but he can be right annoying to guys as well. He is, after all, a very privileged dude with a very, very shallow perception of the world around him.
Not looking for: Honestly I am open to anything, so there's not actually anything I'm trying to avoid.
Other info: He's a huge coward, and a bit of a baby, and for all Haurchefant might be a kickass knight, Emmanellain couldn't be further from his half-brother in that department if he tried. Which may prove entertaining, or at least interesting, to those who have CR with Haurchefant.
Slightly spoilery dialogue for 3.1 but look at this smooth operator. Truly the hero Ishgard needs.
