About them:
Normally Zell is pretty upbeat. He doesn't think things through before opening his mouth and is easy to read if you're meeting him face to face. He prefers using text for chatting because that's what he's used to from attending Garden.
At home, he's part of an elite mercenary group called SeeD. He surprisingly has a number of talents and hobbies. He likes figuring things out and is pretty great with his hands.
Current plans: He's trying to figure things out and is currently going to mess around in the Hospital. His goals are to make sure his friends are safe.

She's also a skilled martial artist, awesome. Mostly, she's open to talking with anyone, and hangs out with a lot of assholes in canon, so that's not really a deterrent for her. She's very open to listening to other people's problems and helping them, but is pretty tight lipped with her own struggles and emotions. Tifa gets attached to people pretty quickly and easily, though!
Current plans: Right now she's traveling with Jim, Zell, Zack, and Kunsel. Their group just went through Cloud, Hiro and Jim dying within the last two-ish weeks, so she's still trying to recover from that. Otherwise, she's pretty determined now to either get the hell out of Norfinbury, or at least figure out a way to protect against the anomalies. Right now the group is in the hospital, and we haven't completely nailed down their movements past day 76.
Desired CR: Honestly, cool with pretty much anything! She won't really be great at code breaking or puzzle solving or anything. At the moment I think she'll be focused on helping the other people stuck in Norfinbury, because everyone has to stick together blah blah blah.

Selfless and stubborn to a fault, with a particularly special ability that has left them with almost zero sense of self-preservation. Very much a stubborn optimist and will try to make friends with you unless you're repeatedly a dick to them (and even then). Likes monsters way too much.
Current plans: Right now my plans for the immediate future are mostly set - Frisk is going to be sulking and investigating down one of the side paths of the Ice Caves until their death penalty wears off, then they'll be making a beeline for their mom and dunkle and checking in with at least Quark, maybe others if said others haven't contacted them already. Once they've reunited with their family, their focus will probably broaden a lot more back to what it was prior to their death. Most of this could be completely jossed by the event, when it happens.
Desired CR: MORE, just more generally. But also characters who are willing to take this kid at least semi-seriously. Characters who are willing to dig around and find out there's reasons to take this kid seriously. Family figures. Characters who will call out and challenge their total lack of self-preservation.

He’s an orphan who was adopted by an old man as an infant and raised with the mindset that he’d soon be on his own and would need to have the skills to survive alone in such a harsh environment. As such, he’s pretty good at rationing his items and adapting to otherwise undesirable conditions. He’s friendly and generally polite, respectful of his elders unless they make him believe that they’re unworthy of being respected--which takes a considerable effort. Generally he’s pretty logical and thoughtful, but being a kid, he does have his emotional outbursts. Right now he’s having a bit of a rough time, his depression steadily worsening, but he’s trying hard to get better, for everyone else if not himself. He also keeps snacks in his hat!
Current plans: Right now he’s trying to get Clayton to give him House’s pills (since he already failed at stealing them, he has to use his powers of persuasion/puppy eyes). If he’s successful, his only plan is to deliver them back to House. If he’s not successful...then I have no idea! I want him to experiment more with the Sparrow app on his tablet, see what he can decrypt, but I have no idea where to start. The floor is yours!

I’d actually love some negative CR for him because he doesn’t really have any, but positive CR is just as good! Sibling/parental figures are always great, and he’s always really excited to make new friends; especially ones that are his age...but he’s used to old people, so age doesn’t matter to him.
Not looking for: Pretty obviously, not looking for anything romantic, but that’s about all I can immediately think of not wanting for him. I kind of want to shy away from having him travel in bigger groups (more than three people at a time)--but meet-ups with them are perfectly fine! I’m totally happy to have him participate in slumber parties, or even bunk with multiple people for a couple of days at a time. Of course, exceptions to this would be plot-related circumstances that require a large group!

Tyki has a way of getting under someone's skin easily with both good and bad means.

About them:Even though he's a noble and a lord Tyki can be rather LAZY when he wants to be. He's very whimsical and most of his actions are influenced by who and what is around him. To many he'll portay a gentle gentleman of a noble with a charming smile and a lazy attitude but to some that he dislikes or is an enemy he can be rather cold hearted. Tyki has a way of getting under someone's skin easily with both good and bad means.
Likely he'll scavenge and while he might offer to help someone or travel with him don't expect him to jump in front of something dangerous or risk his neck for someone unless it benefits him.
Current plans: Since he's new and not putting much effort into anything he'll soon learn he's running out of food and that itch for anything pleasurable like good food or his cigarettes he's missing will make him start searching and scavenging more. Also he'll be looking for any signs of life other than this network.
Desired CR: Anything and all. People to be lazy with. Enemies. Friends. Etc. Those that are good nature he can use. Weird people to sort of side eye.

Current plans: Steve's master plan is to explore and map any parts of Norfinbury that have not been properly explored and mapped. He keeps getting waylaid by other people's shenanigans though. I think current immediate plans are to try to erect some grave markers at the northwest park, and fill in any corpse-pits that the archaeologists/dissectors might be done with. He's all for science but those poor people need to rest in peace at some point. Also, keep Rydia alive, despite her best efforts.

But! I continue to want CR with you, more CR please! Ginger's off with Leon right now going to investigate the sewing houses so she can make warm things for everybody, so she can be contacted or send out messages but it'll probably be hard to get them to interact for awhile.
Nathan's going to keep updating people on the post office situation, so that's something to look out for!
And Quark...is not having a good time LOL. I don't know what's going to be going on with him after the pill thing wears off, but he could always use friendly Steve burrito time! And maybe Steve could use some of that too.
