About them: An almost overwhelmingly friendly, extremely chivalrous elf-like knight creature. Haurchefant values honor and chivalry and obeys the knight's code that his duty is to protect those in need. He takes the job of protecting others very seriously.

He is also a burly warrior who is obsessed with muscle and is intrigued by anyone who has muscle and honor in equal measure. This means he can be a bit of a flirt. Ishgard, his homeland, is a snow hell too so he is very good at surviving in a frozen climate and is happy to help others learn how.

Despite his open, friendly demeanor, Haurchefant can have a fiery temper and has no tolerance for anyone he decides is wicked.

Current plans: The death of his younger brother Emmanellain has left Haurchefant dark and moody. He is quietly suffering a crisis of faith. Eventually he will start to bounce back and want to take on a more proactive role in Norfinbury. He intends to find new ways of using rubble to bolster defenses and will eagerly accept help in this.

Desired CR: Anything! He needs to get out there more. More friends, more enemies, people to save and fail to save. Don't worry about throwing complicated CR my way, I enjoy it.

About them: An earnest and well-meaning ten-year-old boy with a very strange hat who has the misfortune of trusting grumpy old men. He’s from a post-apocalyptic setting, so he’s very resourceful and clever. He tries to approach things idealistically without being unreasonable.
Current plans: Nothing in particular other than meeting up with Luna! I continue to want him to explore the pond now that movements are back up again but we’ll see what happens.
Desired CR: More friends!!!! ALWAYS MORE FRIENDS!!! But negative CR is always welcomed. I want him to start doing more notably “useful” things, because he’s not the kind of character who would want to sit idle. If anyone would take advantage of a kid or utilize his skills/tablet hacking program, by all means!
Not looking for: As always, no romance. Anything else is free game. I actually really want him to get hurt or killed or something, he’s barely gotten a scratch on him and he’s been here since Day 13.

About them: Centuries old goat boss monster with a kind heart and love of corny jokes/puns. Toriel is compassionate, level headed, prone to adopting children and likely to mom at anyone in her general direction. She's a dork who writes down jokes, make up puns and pester people about snails.

Toriel would prefer to solve things peacefully opposed to fighting, so she's probably going to side eye a lot of people who get into scuffles.

Current plans: Currently Toriel is going to confront Frisk regarding their time bendy powers. Beyond that she'll probably do another post about puzzles or something along those lines. Toriel is still finding her place in snowhell and trying to keep Frisk safe & happy. Her child's safety comes before her own.

Outside of that she's hitting sickness level 2 soon, so she's gonna be having a shittier time. Someone help this old goat woman.

Desired CR: More friendships would be great??? Toriel is getting used to being around a lot of people again. I also wouldn't mind negative CR if that comes up (You talk smack about her child, she smack u). I encourage people to ICly make goat jokes in her direction or asking rude questions about monsters.

I'd also love someone raising a fuss regarding Toriel & Frisk being a family considering she's a giant monster that looks like a goat that adopted a tiny human child.

About them: The personification of the nation of England! Or, an old man in a 23-year-old's body. His default state is lowkey grumpy, but he's generally polite upon first meeting, if usually a bit sarcastic! He's very easy to rile and fluster and he is basically always ready to fight. But he also likes big loser nerd things like literature, rock music, sewing, and magic. Gets along well with cute people, tends to clash with people that are too similar to him.
Current plans: England and Ginger are currently on a mission to clothe Norfinbury! They're currently in building 49 working on this. America is with them as of day 115, as well! England is pretty interested in all the mysteries of the town and has some skills that would be useful in solving them, but he's generally more interested in investigating on his own and just reporting in as needed than dealing with organised group efforts. England and Ginger's open post is HERE, and is open to newbies, as well!
Desired CR: I am definitely interested in building deeper CR for England! He has a lot of acquaintances by this point, but doesn't have a lot of friends because he is an antisocial loser. So it would be cool to maybe follow up with people he has maybe only spoken to a couple of times, or meet people that he has things in common with! Also give me all of your Englishmen. Every single one. Really I am up for many kinds of CR but that isn't a very helpful guideline.
Not looking for: Big groups! England would be inclined to avoid them because he likes his privacy and not being chased by monsters, and my tagging style is not always well-suited to big group logs unless they're free mingles. Generally, Fiona won't trust people unless they prove themselves to her. Just saying you're trustworthy won't cut it, she has to see it. Fiona is something of a people person, and she enjoys and is good at judging character and figuring out how people tick.
Current plans: SO Rhys has been kidnapped by Stein, and there's going to be some terrible brain surgery happening, which means Fiona is going to go after Stein to try to get him to fix it, and when he can't, she's going to be super duper pissed off. That whole thing will probably tie her up for a bit and tank her general mood, rip.

He looks for the good in everyone and will do whatever he can to help the people he meets.

Current plans: After being told about this place, Sora is determined to try and figure out the source of the anomalies since they remind him so much of the Heartless. He's going to end up meeting up with Leon eventually and following him around like a puppy...and then he's probably going to go into hero mode and run off on his own. (Because he's a genius like that.)

Desired CR: I'd love for him to eventually find a traveling group to stay with please keep him out of trouble he's useless without a dog and a duck. I'm also totally down for negative CR because not everything can be good as much as Sora would like it to be.

Current plans: Now that Frisk and Toriel have been reunited, and after the rough couple weeks Frisk's had, Toriel is absconding with them back towards Downtown for some TLC/bonding time. They're headed for the Library, though they'll probably hop around a few different buildings in the area.

Oh and she'll be confronting them about their Reset abilities. So that's a thing.
Desired CR: Friends! Always always more friends. Really I'm game for anything but Frisk has a decent balance of positive and negative and I feel like the positive could be more helpful at the moment.

Really what would be most ideal right now though would be fellow optimists and people who think pacifism and reasonableness should rule the day over all this petty infighting and revenge people have been up to lately. Basically people who can help validate the more positive aspects of Frisk's own mindset. Also people who are willing to try to dig a little to figure things out about Frisk and their past. They really do need to be more open with people lmao.

Alternately, people who are willing to poke and prod about Frisk's comfort with monsters. People who want a small child chewing them out for being rude to Toriel. People who might eventually try to intervene with their relationship with Toriel because boy howdy Sora and I have been wanting to play with that.

About them: A modern AU of everyone's favorite sidekick to Sherlock Holmes. John is an army doctor, a trauma surgeon, and (until recently) PA to the world's only consulting detective. He's coming from a point in canon just after the end of the 2nd Season where he believes Sherlock is dead. He is aware that there is some sort of bizarre Victorian fictional version of him and his life. He's really not fine with it.

Personality-wise, he's usually friendly, polite, and patient, always happy to assist. He can also be a complete sasspants and flirt if he thinks it's warranted. From his canon pull point, John is still dealing with his grief over Sherlock and everything leading up to the death, his general trust issues, and a temper that can flare up very badly at times. He's nice to a point. When you piss him off, he has no compunctions about putting you down with his fists or a bullet.

Current plans: John's presently chasing after Stein and Rhys with the Hyperion crew. His long-term plans include checking out the park in the eastern portion of the residential area.
Desired CR: Any and all. John's typically pretty hard to get negative CR with unless you're just an evil mo-fo or you do someting terrible. But if that happens, I'm down for it. If you're looking for positive CR, he can be a genial and helpful sort who prescribes medicine.

About them: Royce is a grade A tsundere, which means he's a strong, independent half-elf who don't need no man. Or woman. Or friends or anything, b-baka. He tends to get along with people who remind him of Hadrian (unendingly optimistic, personable, persistent and kind) or Gwen (sweet, also kind, with a ruthless sarcastic streak and a no-nonsense attitude). Other people he gets along with decently well are the people who don't follow the rules/have strictly lawful good morals.
Current plans: Royce is brand new! So he's trying to figure out how technology works, and what he needs to do to survive. Mostly he wants... stuff to stay warm with, and a weapon. He's not used to being cold. He also is going to be relentlessly looking for a way home.
Desired CR: FRIENDS. He doesn't want them, but god does he need them. Fair warning, he's going to resist as long as possible. The best way to do it is to just relentlessly be nice to him despite him being an asshole back, which I understand is Not For Everybody. Which brings me to my other want: enemies. Negative CR, man, he's prime for it, considering he's sassed just about everybody who has talked to him.

So basically: persistent nice CR that might be willing to save his ass from the cold, or negative CR that will lock his ass out in it. MAN, THAT'D BE GREAT? Let's have Royce piss someone off badly enough to lock him out at sundown.

He's also a SOLDIER Second Class, which means he knows how to fight. Even without the enhancements that SOLDIERs get, he knows his way around a weapon. Or lack of weapon. SOLDIERs know how to improvise.

Not that he wants to fight. He'd much rather work with people to figure out how to get out of this place.

Current plans: I don't have anything terribly concrete planned, but Terezi is definitely trying to learn more about anomalies. She's going to try to create a weapon like Vriska's that can harm them and shove her nose into everybody's business whenever they run into anomalies. If there are only fifty, is it possible to run into the same one if you stay in a certain area of the town? Is it even possible to keep track of them by their appearances, or do they change depending on who runs into them? Can you catch them all???

Also she kinda wants to kill one just to see what kind of loot drops from one, so.

Desired CR: More positive CR! I'm always down for people who will either put up with her shenanigans or roll along with them. I'm also down for negative/rival CR, or just people with whom she can argue without it turning bitter and hateful, like when you see that one asshole in the comments section who always posts their wrong opinions and they have to know just how wrong they are.

Terezi's exposure effect is also depression, and I would like to work with that a little. Canon Terezi ends up pretty bad off after she kills Vriska, but a lot of it develops off-screen, and as a result, it ends up very narratively unsatisfying. I want to do better. I don't want her slide to be the main highlight of how and why I play her (I like to write for tz because she's fun and high energy on her best days), but I don't want it to just be handwaved, either. I'd like for there to be someone with whom she can talk things over, which is important because as outgoing as she is, she can be cagey about personal issues.

About them: Alfie is a gang leader and a certified dangerous asshole. He doesn't shout what he does from the rooftops, but he's not going to make any real effort to hide it either. He can be gruff and curt, but he's pretty damn good with people when he makes an effort to be, and it's a skill that he doesn't always use for good. He'll probably butt heads with really lawful types, as well as with those who are staunchly anti-violence. He likes (or at least respects) people who are smart, resourceful, and confident.
Current plans: He's hanging out in the south end of residential zone two right now, and will probably be moving northwards! Right now he's 100% planning to stay on his own most of the time, but I'm totally up for ruining those plans. Overall, he's still getting his bearings - he's searching every building he comes across, scouring the network, talking to people and trying to get them all to use audio or video so he can get a good read on them, etc. One of the first things he did after reading the survival guide's criminal warnings was to hit up Jack and the Joker to say hey, so uh. That's a thing. (He ended up with the impression that the Joker is way too awful even for him, but he's going to try to keep in loose, careful contact anyway because he likes his escape attempt ideas and is kind of desperate to get the fuck out of here.)

About them: Some dumbass SOLDIER guy.
For real, just a former super SOLDIER who wants to do the right thing but also wants to protect the people he's currently partied with and get them all a ticket outta here. Likes long walks on the beach and by long walks, I mean he likes to do squats and basically keep himself limbered up instead of lumbered up. Generally a pretty nice guy unless you get on his bad side. Then, he might reluctantly help unless you put yourself in a bad spot on purpose in the first place. Not a fan of clowns.

Current plans: Trying to make sure his groupmates survive and get the hell outta there. Helping out with key quest and recovering from getting chopped- literally. Concussion party is go. About them: Kid is a neurotic fourteen year old who is set to become the next grim reaper. He's intelligent and compassionate, though where he's been pulled from in canon his need for things to be symmetrical hinders him in his abilities to function in normal social situations. He has a strong affinity towards humans, since his father has worked hard to raise him rather like one. Beneath all his plays at seeming like a collected and put-together miniature adult he's actually a very sensitive and gentile young man. And Norfinbury is going to screw with him in more ways than one.
Current plans: Kid is trying to figure out how to be human. And while that sounds facetious, it's serious for him. His physiology has allowed him to not worry so much about his more human needs until his arrival here. Now he has to ensure that he doesn't starve, freeze, etc. So...while yes, learning about Norfinbury is great...he has to figure out how to get used to not forgetting to eat, first.
Desired CR: At the moment, anything is a go!
I would be interested in seeing one of our illustrious physicians attempt to help my diagnosably obsessive compulsive reaper out but it wouldn't necessarily have to be for Kid's benefit; in his home universe all attempts at medication would fail because his body would reject it but here is another story.

About them: Ex-corporate douchebag noodle man with the emotional maturity of a ten year old and an extremely questionable fashion sense. Screams A LOT. Can be surprisingly competent and is more intelligent than he seems at first (or second/third/tenth) glance. Rhys is a cyborg, with a bionic blue eye, USB-ish data port, and cybernetic arm. He is also hosting the ghost of his dead data ghost boss, who is only visible/audible to him. More on that below, shit has gone DOWN.
Current plans: As Night 115, Rhys is going to be fully taken over by the Handsome Jack AI by way of brain surgery, which is going to leave him out of the picture and a lot of people pissed off at Jack/Professor Stein. This is a tangled mess, I am so sorry. Jack is violent and erratic; much terribad fun can be had there.
Desired CR: THE STANDARD "ANYTHING". He will flirt (badly) with ladies (and dudes). I would love to tag the newbies on Day 114 when he's still Rhys so the difference is hella dramatic! Because Handsome Jack is THE WORST.

About them: Resident Old Guy who is kind of done with everyone's shit. He would be a lot more reasonable, but right now he has Paranoia 2 so he is seeing enemies everywhere. But he hides that pretty well and is trying to make nice wile simultaneously being Done with everything.
Current plans: He has Paranoia 2, and is currently making a list of who is trustworthy and who isn't trustworthy. Within the next couple of months I want this to come to a head and blow up in a spectacular way, possibly with Shiro attacking someone/dying while trying to attack someone. Basically, I want him to join in on the Bad Decisions Dinosaur train before erasing his exposure effects and having him regret everything he did.
Desired CR: Friends! Any CR is fine, but Shiro is a social butterfly and likes making friends. Plus, having people notice him going off the deep end would be great.
Not looking for: Honestly I'm open to anything right now, so there's no unwanted CR.

About them: Eleven years old adventuring polyglot from sort-of-real-world 1840, snatched mid journey to track down a ~lost civilization~ in Central Asia. Confident, practical, very bright, very ambitious, has too much empathy for her own good (though not always sympathy to go with it!) and tries and hilariously fails at not being much too trusting. Lies a lot (it makes life interesting). Loves to hear and tell stories. Tell her all your stories and she'll tell you all of hers! Spoiler none of hers are true.

In Snowrfinhell she's acquired some very bad influences (House, Vriska) and some very good ones (Kunsel, Zach) and is currently somewhat torn between them. Leaning to the bad side though T_T

Current plans: At the moment Kesara has three main quests. The first is to attain the ingredients for gunpowder via faking a need for them as medical prescriptions, which is currently about to lead to Betrayal Most Foul and probably a Stern Talking-To. The second is to get anyone to teach her anything. The third is to get revenge on Handsome Jack for killing her buddy Zach, for which cause she fully intends to fake going evil. LET'S SEE HOW LONG THAT STAYS FAKE.

Desired CR: Everything yada yada. Kesara is always looking for teachers and mentors, but she's bright, somewhat manipulative, and VERY independent-minded so is also likely to drive them a bit batty. I'm super open to more bad influences and ways for her to go wrong/evil. CR With other female characters is especially welcome due to her not-so-minor gender-related self-esteem issues. But it'll also be fun to watch parental types try to take her in hand, if anyone wants to, uh, risk painful failure!

Not looking for: Romance, naturally, but nothing else I can think of? She's not good at typical kid stuff (serious explorer in training!!!!) so probably don't expect it of her, but I'm perfectly happy to play out her trying and failing, anyway!

About them: Cloud is quiet, determined, (mostly) always willing to help, great at adopting people without meaning to and making friends without knowing how it happened. Once you get to know him, he's pretty much a giant dork with a head full of hair that closely resembles the back end of a bird.

Current plans: Cloud is currently traveling with Tifa, and they're going to meet up with Sora for a little bit! Otherwise I have zero plans other than him wondering around and meeting up with people! I would absolutely love to get him more involved in the game, and make him some really good lasting friendships as well!

He also currently has Mania Level One, so! He's a bit more peppy than normal with a bit more energy on a bit (even) less sleep!

Desired CR: I'n up for pretty much anything! Good CR, negative CR, sort of in between CR, I am literally looking for it all. I love having him talk to lots of different types of people, since he tends to get along with pretty much everyone, given enough time.

Not looking for: Nothing! I am up for absolutely everything right now!
