Frisk is another one that she doesn't know a lot about yet, outside of just observation. She does think that they're a lot stronger than they give themselves any credit for, but with that comes the realization that they're still a child who's been through a lot. She's still trying to parse out the best ways to interact with them because of that - to try and be encouraging and gentle while not taking their experiences lightly.

They do remind her a little bit of someone from home, which she might have mentioned during their first meetup! That really makes her sad, though, that there are other universes where only a handful of people hold the responsibility of remembering things across timelines and transporting themselves as needed (or, in Frisk's case, "reseting", though the general concept seems to be the same to her). It made Sigma have to grow up considerably even at the age of twenty-two, so seeing that a child is having to do it as well is just heartbreaking. She's glad they have their mother by their side, and she'd easily go out of her way to make sure Frisk was protected as much as possible.
