Then I expect you'll be leaving your judgements to that event and that event alone, won't you? How he handled that situation, not how he handles his situation in general.

If he stops acting like most people my age do, then yeah, I will.

Lecture him all you want about how he acts. Words, actions, yeah; all of that's fair game. But stay out of telling him how he should think about his bad and his good. If he wants to bottle up even to the point that it's unwise, that's his own business.

If he takes it out on other people, then it's not just his business. So as long as he doesn't do that? Then I'll leave him be.

I'm not sure you understand the difference between addressing actions and addressing the thoughts and feelings behind them, yeah? The first is yours to address if it's directed at you, and the second is not.

I understand what you're saying. All I'm saying is that he has no right to take his anger out on other people just because he's emotionally stunted!

I've fought people a lot more threatening and dangerous than him and walked away from it.

It's not easy, especially since he has the means to place parts of himself inside other people. He can be everywhere at once it seems like.

What happens to the people he takes over? Do you have to kill them?

No--it...it's complicated. And I'm still not sure how he does it. But I've managed to save some of them from him.

But I would be willing to bet, yeah, that however you fight at home is not how you fight here.

Well, I don't have magic here.

But magic isn't everything. A lot of things can be replacements for weapons.

Yeah, it's true; I've made of bunch of 'em myself. Pays to be inventive here, eh?

It sure seems like it! I've found a lot of stuff that'll have a use eventually!

I found a bag of rabbit food at the pet store and it burns really well so it's a good fire-starter if I need it! I also found some other things that would be good for kindling and keeping a written record of things. Lots of wood too. I've been trying to figure out how to make a keyblade out of it!

What's a keyblade? You talked about it before.

It's a weapon that's linked to Kingdom Hearts--sort of. We use them to fight the Heartless and protect worlds! If you wield a keyblade, you have the ability to lock and unlock the hearts of worlds in order to keep them safe! They're the only weapon that can defeat the Heartless, too.

And the Heartless are monsters?

They are. Monsters created from the hearts of people consumed by darkness.

Not consumed by darkness in the poetic sense, yeah? You aren't just talking about all bad people.

No..it...the darkness devoured worlds and people. It didn't matter how good of a person you were or how bad of a person. It just wanted everything the light touched.
