tbh Charles needs more criminal buddies. Being among other shady types is way more "normal" for him laughs. at some point we need to get these two in a room together

YES please, they're like... on completely opposite sides of town at the moment but if Charles comes towards the split tunnels, Royce is gonna be dicking around in there and I'd be 100% down for them to chit chat and sleep with one eye open around each other
