YES ABSOLUTELY royce is going to probably be like "yo, i know you guys wanna explore but i'm gonna go out on my own and make sure it's not dangerous first" to which I already know both Tifa and Emily are gonna be like "uh no???" and I imagine Kesara might too?

so they can stick together and explore the split tunnels! I don't know if Kesara wants to keep going or not, but Royce is pretty insistent on staying in the area until Alfie catches up, so!

... it's a bit sad that yeah she'll go "uh no???" but her reasons would be less "don't endanger yourself" and more "I GET TO SEE EVERYTHING FIRST".

But yes! Kesara is definitely for explorering on, and definitely on the same page with Royce on waiting for Alfie (she's also waiting for Zach) so I don't think they'll conflict there. They might just, conflict a little because the kid is bossy about her expedition. Damn kid.

Good, perfect - I also imagine Royce and Kesara might butt heads more about the expedition thing, just because Royce doesn't take orders well! So yes, exploring and bickering like children and a lot of Tifa in the background rolling her eyes

I am looking forward INTENSELY to this bickering and also to Kesara letting him know that no messed up arm will slow her down and if he doesn't want her to go places on her own he's welcome to let her get on his back like Zach did. And to him probably putting her in the corner on timeout for it sob.

oh my god aljsdfs if she can convince him to let her get on his back I'd laugh forever. my first instinct is that he'd protest like crazy (because touching!! DON'T TOUCH) but he could probably be convinced to see the value in doing it.
