Joker appreciates people who share his interest in things that might explode and/or fly him to Vegas.

Well what do you know, Junkrat also likes people who shares his interest in explosives. He's never been to Vegas though.

In all seriousness tho while I don't have anything concrete plans or anything Junkrat can always use more people to push him towards his destructive tendencies. Not that he ever really needs an excuse to want to destroy something- but I think the Joker could fit that bill well.
