Character name and canon: Charles Yvry/Original

About them: tl;dr Charles is from post-WW3 Chicago which is run by various criminal elements instead of the US government. There's a basic description of him on his journal. He's grumpy and sarcastic, but paradoxically friendly to most people (unless they super piss him off). (A lot of people have been super pissing him off lately.) He can get over most issues/grudges for the sake of cooperation, but he's less likely to forgive slights against his People than slights against himself. Currently riding high on paranoia level 2, which focuses on the belief that people are out to hurt him and that he is being followed. If there's no close CR around to talk him out of it, he can get Violent. Worth noting that he's currently covered in knives and carrying an ax.
Current plans: Get to the split tunnels! He and Charlie and Quark are headed in there to do some exploring and hopefully come out the other side. He doesn't have any other real plans, although he would not waste an opportunity to beat the shit out of Lutha.
Desired CR: Anything tbh, but positive CR is sort of in demand for him right now. He's had a lot of Problems with people (Beckett, Rhys, Bucky, Lutha, etc.) and it'd be nice for him to have some friendlier moments or get to be useful somewhere.
Not looking for: I'm not really adverse to anything! I would like him to get some positive stuff right now, but I also am fully willing to ruin his life or the lives of others.

Both my characters would be friendly at him! He's already got some CR with Zach at least and it's friendly bro-ing so that's something. Claire would definitely be his friend, as long as he treats her with respect. She might fuss, mind you.

Yeah Charles thinks Zach is a pretty good kid. Even if they're... basically the same age... Everyone is kids, ok, and a friend of Charlie's is a friend of his.

Charles doesn't super enjoy nurses or fussing, but as long as she's not all up in his face all the time or telling him what to do, they can get along just fine. I mean, he still grudgingly gets along with Watson, so.

I MEAN probably not, he's already said his piece (with a hammer). But I'm pretty sure both he and Charlie will be like, alert meerkats over there. Wary, for sure. Must protect the president.

Although if Beckett does anything even a little threatening looking, Charles' paranoia might kick in oops. I mean which would you prefer LMAO

Character name and canon: Hange Zoe/Attack on Titan

About them: Hange is from a world overrun by giants who eat people. They're a squad leader in the survey corps, so basically a combat explorer, and also the corps' head scientist. And also maybe possibly a little off their rocker. A little. In person Hange is unhygienic and asks a lot of uncomfortable questions, but from the safe distance of the network, they seem intelligent if overly enthusiastic. Hange gets along with most people, as it's pretty difficult to insult them effectively, but the line gets drawn when people attempt to sabotage progress, refuse to help out, or try to oversee without being willing to participate. Hange is super willing to put themself in danger to get the job done, and appreciates other people who feel the same way.
Current plans: Currently exploring the other side of the split tunnels! Now that they've finally made it through the rubble wall in the museum, it's time to see where this rabbit hole leads. Unfortunately that limits their interaction in person, but Hange is also pretty network-active, at least when things catch their interest. That includes talk of anomalies or theorizing usually, but anything interesting will usually get them to peek in.
Desired CR: A L L. No but really, I like to throw Hange at people and see what happens. Usually it goes better than expected! But I am also not adverse to negative CR or anything like that. I'd like Hange to get to express more than just "science" every once and a while I suppose.
Not looking for: I'm pretty cool with whatever. Not super looking for fourthwalling stuff, but I don't know that anyone in snowhell is even in a position to do that, so.

I would super love to get some CR with Hange. I really enjoyed the thread with Charles, too!! Commenting under just one for brevity's sake.

With Charles and his ongoing paranoia via exposure effects, I think Ritsu might actually be interested in... not so much studying as witnessing them happen. He'd probably do his best to reassure the guy, but given that they've only spoken once, who knows how useful that would end up, haha.

As for Hange, he would definitely be curious in seeing what they've found on the other side of the split tunnels, as well as their opinions or studies on the anomalies! He's very, very interested in learning more about the latter, and while I doubt it would go full-on geek session, Ritsu would probably be at least partially willing to indulge them in their eccentricism, ha.

YEAH!!! Those threads were fun!

Charles is def being a butt rn, but I'm always up for running his group into folks, assuming the other two are cool with it (the other two being mippins and danielle, or charlie and quark). It might end in disaster but it'll certainly be fun! If Ritsu's anywhere between the school and the split tunnels, a meetup could perhaps be arranged.

As for Hange, there will at some point be another announcement network post whenever they find what's on the other side of the tunnels, though if Ritsu wants to get in on the video update mailing list, he is welcome to inbox Hange about exploration stuff!

That sounds good to me! Ritsu is currently in house 24 on B4, so he's not too far from the school. I can put out a message to the other two to see if they're up to it later tonight!
