Just what it says on the tin: have your character write ten (or more than ten, or less than ten) little notes to other characters in the game. Then comment around and have your character remark on others' lists, or try to guess which ones apply to them/their friends/their enemies. Gossip. Threadjack. Hug. Start screaming matches. Goooooooo.
