I want to wait until the mods respond to Kunsel's search request for the building before we actual start, but plotting! He's not going to bother knocking on the door, since every building he's encountered so far has been empty (and he's been warned of monsters and wouldn't want to draw attention). Where will Marie be when he enters? In the bedroom? Would she be making any noise?

86 is actually just a bedroom and bathroom intact, the bedroom happens to be soundproof, so she wouldn't hear him coming and he wouldn't hear her inside.
