Character name and canon: Dr. Stephen Strange | MCU
About them: Stephen is a former neurosurgeon who became a sorcerer after nerve damage from a car crash prematurely ended his career. He can be noble to the point of self sacrifice, but he's also got an enormous ego and has struggled a lot with finding himself incapable of being That Guy Who Fixed Everything in His First Month Here. Since Claire, Tony, and Natasha died he's tended to travel alone and generally withdraw himself from others with a few exceptions. Current plans: Right now Stephen's priority is getting his Cloak of Levitation back after it got separated from him when he died during Tabletgate. The Cloak has been hanging out with Royce in Res Zone 2 and Stephen revived in the columbarium, so he's backtracking through the spiral to get to it. Desired CR: Right now, Stephen's death loss is a lack of verbal filter, and I'm trying to use his current tendency to talk characters' ears off about anything and everything to get some of his issues out in the open and push him to be more honest about needing connections with others. Generally, though, I like to just see where CR goes on its own, though I'm happy to work toward a more specifi goal if there's something you'd like to do. Not looking for: I'm not opposed to romance for Stephen if something happens to develop, but fair warning that it tends not to be a focus in my RP in general. Other info:
