I'm actually stuck giving answers now. While Lancer likes plenty of people around this shithole, Zack's probably one of the only twoish people (I'd have to think about the exact count but it's pretty small) he actually trusts. This is actually a very important distinction for him.

Uh. Based upon their fiveish comments of interaction I think it would be safe to sum it up as Jim is a flaily kid - the proverbial magikarp in a sea of deadlier Pokemon - who's probably really likely to accidentally fall on his glass and kill himself. Given that they're segueing from people trying to kill other people this may change, develop, and ripen into something more than just a pokemon analogy. Stay tuned.

All of this embarrassing bullshit aside and doing the actual meme: Marcos isn't quite sure what to think of Lancer! Lancer treads that weird in-between state of 'a cool guy who probably has his shit together despite not making sense half the time' and 'someone who probably doesn't need me around, but whatever'. He's glad, though, that Lancer's humored him on multiple accounts with the stupid quiz thing and being mildly helpful right out of the gate, so even getting his ass buried in the snow is just another point in favor of the guy— Marcos is a people person and an extrovert who works best when he has external energy to feed off of, so he's glad that Lancer isn't afraid to pick fights with him and engage in stupid banter.

He seriously questions his fashion choices though... not like Marcos can talk because he's also wearing a spandex undersuit, but at least?? He has pants on top of that shit?? Come on, man, put your junk someone less visible.
