1. Post with your character.
2. When people tag you, respond with emotionally compromising essays about what their character means to yours! Or doesn't.
3. Cry a lot.

Now, that said: House openly prodding her and figuring out that she was a robot was a big change-up in how she views and approaches him now.
Firstly, he's intelligent - that much is obvious, but it became moreso just conversing with him about a whole range of topics before he ended up blackmailing her. There wasn't a lot she had to explain as far as general knowledge, which tells her that whatever casually offensive personality he puts up really hinds a brilliant mind.
Second, he's protective of Quark. Maybe not to the degree she is, but a lot of his questions and arguments against the Nonary Game weren't about the game itself, but the fact that Quark was involved. She has no idea where that lone caring bit of his soul is, but it's there, and she's just grateful it's towards Quark. If she knew Quark was his errand monkey, she'd have a few cross words for him, but knowing that Quark did it intentionally might quell that just as fast. She would hate if House was tricking the boy that far, though - she knows Quark hates being betrayed or lied to, so she knows that IF House was to deceive the kid, he'd have to do a really, really good job of it.
Third, he is now one of the people she is going to treat with a great deal of apathy in regards of trying to convince him of anything, good or bad. He's made his own opinion of her and her role in the game very clear, and she senses a considerable amount of hostility from him. Add that on top of the fact that she doesn't have to put up the charade around him in private, and it leads to her just letting herself be a blank slate to his emotions on the matter. She hates it. It hurts. But there's a resignation towards him now that he knows the truth, and it's one she falls into easily enough because she expects this sort of reaction from... well, pretty much everyone, if they learned all the details that House did. There's a part of her that hates that she can't explain herself fully due to the sensitive nature of a whole bunch of the information that would tie loose knots together, including the explanation of the project in general (because saying that they're trying to save the world from utter destruction, while being helpful, would destroy the purpose of the game should Quark find out and retain that knowledge upon ever returning to the game). But at this point, she imagines that he'll likely take that information as an excuse, and she won't be able to change his mind with talk of theories and physics and a better world. So unless something really changes between them, she's going to just let him walk all over her as much as he pleases. She's a robot, and he should treat her like one.
Even if that means spitting on her corpse and grinding her into the ground. She won't blame him. She'll still want to see him alive and happy. She still has tea that she wants to deliver to him. But she's not going to pretend that things weren't as gruesome as they were, just to try and get him on her side. That's just not how she's programmed, especially not to someone that's broken through her facade.
