1. Post with your character.
2. When people tag you, respond with emotionally compromising essays about what their character means to yours! Or doesn't.
3. Cry a lot.

That said, there's some intimidation about him. The fact that he's a giant suit of armor is an obvious one, of course, but also the fact that he's a human that isn't a human, and that whatever state he's in is causing him to withdraw information so thoroughly when it comes to himself. It worries her a lot - makes her wonder what in the world he even is underneath all that if he feels he just can't talk about it upfront at all. She doesn't think of him as any lesser for it, and especially since he's been adamant about still being human despite his appearance, she's been treating him just as she would anyone else. But how quickly he pushes people away about that saddens her a lot.
Also: she feels incredibly guilty about what happened to him and America in regards to the Joker incident, and that she wasn't of any help or value to the whole situation - it's kind of the fuel to her fire in insisting to help treat him, if he'd allow her. Even if it takes some time and figuring out of Norfinbury's weird rules for non-humans, she still doesn't like to see a child suffering. She also has to resist to urge to hover, given that Zach told her that Al had lost his brother not too long ago. The poor kid's gone through a lot of shit and she isn't sure what's best in regards to helping him, especially when he comes across so guarded at times.
I HOPE THAT ALL MADE SENSE???

Despite him trying to obviously coax her into thinking otherwise, Luna thinks of him as being just as human as every other person in Norfinbury, albeit a deranged and dangerous one. He isn't a monster to her, but what he is is a horrible, uncaring, unforgivable threat dressed up in spats and a flowered hat. What little trust she wanted to keep kindled in the Joker for the mere sake of him being human was completely ripped away when he killed Clayton and danced around the subject with her in regards to it. Luna is one of those people that takes the "once bitten, twice shy" rule a few steps beyond, depending on the actions that worry her, and... well, Joker is just very lucky that he stayed under that line until recently.
She wants to believe that somewhere in there is a shell of a human just trapped by their own madness. But his cruelty and sadism drown it out a lot and make it really hard for her to have any sort of faith in him. At this point, she's started to wonder if he would be the only person here that she couldn't really save in good faith, if it came down to it. THAT SAID, she still would be torn about having to have him killed or letting him die, because again, she still believes he's as human as anyone else, and that by default earns her a horrible discomfort at the idea. But it's not out of any whispers of sentiment anymore.
Really, he's the one that's forcing her to have to start biting back in situations, rather than giving in, but it's a very slow process. She's not likely to directly interact with him anymore, either, but it doesn't mean she's stopped keeping a close eye on him.

She really wants to more about Peggy, too, but just hasn't had the chance for casual conversation with all that's been going on. Plus there's a little bit of intimidation there, too. Luna wants to make sure Peggy is okay and feels supported, but she doesn't want to cross a line while doing so, especially with someone with as strong of a personality as Peggy. She's still very shy and often doesn't know what to say that won't sound childish or foolish to the woman - that's how much she looks up to her.

Really, at the moment, he just makes her very sad. She still doesn't know anything about more unpredictable or violent parts of him, but she's trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and see if there's a way to understand just what parts of his mind are tweaked and how he sees the world - aka, if it really is a personality issues, or if something else entirely is going on. She knows it's going to be hard, if not impossible, for Brian to consider her an ally in this, but at the very least, she just wants him to realize she isn't a threat and does not want to be so in the future. She just wants to understand.

EASY ENOUGH, LET'S START WITH DUMPY. Because Dumpy is precious little floating screaming friend, and oh god, Luna wishes the ports they both had were compatible so she could try and communicate with him without the awfulness of a botched audio system. But she can understand the frustration of being a robot not able to communicate, so she just wants to treat him as gently as possible and with as much respect as she would any other member of robotkind, really. She's going to feel so awful that she couldn't get him home herself without, you know... dying... but she's so glad he's been a little companion this whole time. She hopes the song she taught him can do both him and his humans some good!

Someday I want them to have an AI-related clash, either over Rhys!telephone or just on a digital platform. It'll be messy and awful and we should do it.

Luna still doesn't know a lot about him. She knows he has the cybernetics installed and imagines he at least works with them a little bit, but most of their talks have been short or over unrelated topics. He's a big mystery to her - a big, sad, awkward mystery with a dangerous AI installed in his brain. His overall health will continue to be something she wants to keep an eye on, though with Watson as his physician, she's definitely had to take a step back and give them their privacy. Still, she hopes that, while he's been recovering, her check-ins with Dumpy have been at least a little bit of happiness for him.
Now the flipside, because she doesn't have a very great view of him otherwise. She thinks his hacking plot was too risky and too dangerous, and it's definitely affected how much she trusts his ability to deal with problems without putting himself or others in a great amount of danger. Whether it was something he came up with himself or something Angel talked him into is another matter entirely - Clayton told her about the microchip surgery incident, so she's just wary of that whole bunch now when it comes to problem solving and rebellion against the Admin. She wants to trust them, but it's hard to keep that trust unbroken when she feels they're all way too reckless.

Watson is like a beacon of kindness and compassion and one of the people she finds herself gravitating towards the most right now because of that. He's honest, trustworthy, and... well, yes, he's a huge ham, which makes her uncomfortable every time just due to how horribly shy and adverse to compliments that she is, but the fact that she was able to bring it up without him turning it into a huge joke (aka he actually listened!!!!) was a big, big point in his favor. Plus, he's a doctor, and having someone that isn't House (or Clayton, now that he's dead) to talk to on a professional level is really satisfying.
Biggest thing, though, is that he's been active in trying to provide her with a level of emotional support. They still don't know each other well, and Luna feels badly that they've had some of these talks even though he's only been here for a couple weeks. But it doesn't change that his ability to listen, to empathize, and to still trust her beyond it really touches her. She wants to be able to provide him that same support, though she often has doubts about her ability to do so, especially now that she's seen his nightmares and seen just how much he psychologically might be struggling with. She doesn't want him to have to deal with that alone, but at the same time, what little confidence she has gets overwhelmed and makes her second-guess herself. She doesn't want to be empty words, and she can't physically be there for him if that was something he needed. So she just provides what little she can and hopes that it's, at the very least, enough to show that she worries for him and wants to be there for him.
Also: Watson? Sherlock? Moriarty? She's aware of the book references, and she's getting the feeling it can't be coincidence. But that's not about to be something that she asks. At the very most, she might ask someday if he's an actor or something, and gauge what to do based on his response, but... at this point, it seems wiser just not to say anything.

She wishes he were a little more eloquent and willing to talk, but she won't blame him for it. He just comes off as very curt and awkwardly uninterested at times, and she never really wants to aggravate that.

She doesn't know a lot about him, other than that! She has noticed a lot of little things in his conversation and behavior that worry her as far as his level of caution and possible paranoia go, but given their circumstances, it's not something she feels she can judge. His questions have been prying at times, but for the most part he's stayed respectable and not pushed at anything too much. She gets the idea that he's more of an observer, especially after their thread involving the dreams, and that he might be judging her for not following suit as much as he does. But at least he isn't being cruel about it, and he's already proving to be very intelligent and composed and quick to learn, even with the enormous time gap that separates him from a good majority of the city and technology. It makes her curious, but her view on him is pretty neutral, otherwise!
