Based on that drinking game! Comment with your characters admitting to things they have never done (one confession per comment for ease of replying, but feel free to make as many comments as you want), particularly if it's surprising or unusual - ex. "Never have I ever felt remorse for a life I took" or "Before Norfinbury, never had I ever seen snow". Characters who have done these things must comment and admit to it (details not required, but welcome!). Spark discussion! Anger! Commiseration! Shock and awe at who has/hasn't done what!
