About them: A psychopathic, mass-murdering clown. He is sadistic, nihilistic and narcissistic and enjoys causing pain for the sake of his theatrical art. His temper is volatile and his emotions mercurial.

All in all, he is pretty much a monster.

That said, he is not at all fond of his current situation and will grudgingly work with others to save his own skin. Of course, he will likely leave a group, change sides, or simply kill the people around him if he happens to get bored.

He is a genius chemist and engineer so he is one of the people constantly doing tests and forming theories on how Norfinbury works.

It is possible to meet him in person and not die.

Current plans: He recently died and respawned sane which means he is much less violent and a bit more self destructive since sanity means being able to feel remorse.
Desired CR: Anything! Victims, allies, heroes to chase him down, other villains to scheme with....

Ok so these two need to meet. Junkrat is busy finding clothes atm but he's already grabbing stuff to make explosives with.

No idea how it will go, but should be a blast either way.

Well what do you know, Junkrat also likes people who shares his interest in explosives. He's never been to Vegas though.

In all seriousness tho while I don't have anything concrete plans or anything Junkrat can always use more people to push him towards his destructive tendencies. Not that he ever really needs an excuse to want to destroy something- but I think the Joker could fit that bill well.

I would still really love it if you wanted to have him kidnap Quark at some point! I thought that sounded like a lot of fun.

Yes! Next time Quark is in questionable company the clown will rush off with him. We'd have to build some more CR between them though.

Same! Maybe I can find an excuse for Quark to message him. Without...telling anyone he's going to message him, of course. It would be interesting to get a bit of a different impression of him while he's still suffering from his sanity.

Definitely! Joker will remember everything he did while sane he just won't be able to put those emotions back together in his brain so his response is bound to be bizarre.

How these two have not interacted yet is mind-boggling to me.

I really want them to interact. Kid is very much "evil and good need to be in balance", which means he's not necessarily Not Okay with the Joker's behavior, depending on what is happening and what the Joker is actually doing. His hard limit on what is Evil and what the evil is doing is when the evil is screwing with human souls.

Oh, they definitely should interact! Joker is very evil but he does not fuss with souls (anymore. He was a god once but uh, comics).

There is actually a scene in canon when Kid nearly loses his shit because of what a villain does to human souls. All in all, he's getting much more tolerant of the fact that evil has to exist in the world. But he's not good at allowing evil to mess with humans.

ANYWAY yes. Kid meeting the Joker. Kid could meet the Joker, and maybe not die. That might be interesting.
