Character name and canon: Billy Kaplan (Marvel Comics)

About them: Early-20s former child superhero born from chaos magic who is used to having power over reality. Big fan of banter, self-sacrifice, and really lame pop culture references. Friendly if a touch socially awkward and somewhat self-absorbed. Notably poor impulse control. Prone to depression.

Current plans: Swinging toward the industrial district to pick up a copy of shadownet from DS, I believe. Hanging with Dorian.
Desired CR: Friends! Enemies! People who will call him on being dumb!
Not looking for: Nothing I can think of!

YEAH MEET-UPS. Where is Billy when? Davesprite can message him once he revives (night 259) and they can maybe work toward each other, though specifics will depend on the event to follow. He's going to be back in a totally human body from his loss, too, so that's fun.

OKAY finally more or less got my stuff sorted. Billy will be spending night 258 in house 58 so he'll be in position to meet DS on 260 basically anywhere in that area, pending event. \o/
