Character name and canon: Royce Melborn | Riyria Revelations

About them: Royce is halfway to tsundere, in a phrase. He's a thief/assassin who is incredibly paranoid. He's spent most of his life getting kicked around by his Tragic Past™ so that means he doesn't trust anybody, hates most people, and is very stubborn about being Independent. You'd think this doesn't often lend well to positive CR and YOU WOULD BE CORRECT. He's kind of a dick, but he's only a dick when it serves him, or when he wants to be left alone, which is most of the time, actually. But he isn't stupid, so he plays nice here, especially when he thinks you might be useful later. He'll talk to just about anybody but his conversations tend to start practically. Right now he's also incredibly depressed so he's way more likely to try to start a conversation because being lonely sucks.
Current plans: Royce is heading to the chapel right now to probably do some bad experiment for House, but all of his friends have told him this is a stupid idea and that he should stop. Like three of them are going to be dead though so he's going to try it anyway. Alfie will probably stop him! Otherwise he's just... wandering residential two. He doesn't have a goal and it is slowly sucking the life out of him.
Desired CR: ALL. More friends? More enemies? The only person he really hates right now is House and that's old hat.
Not looking for: Romance is the only thing I can think of, if only because Royce is really hard to seriously ship.

I've said it before and I'll never stop saying that I want your CR more! I always have a hard time thinking of reasons for our characters to interact but maybe with Alfie gone Ginger will check on on Royce, since she knows they travel around together.

I am still sad that Life very suddenly ate me in the form of house-hunting and I had to let Zidane go.

If you are game for it I'd like to throw one of my ridiculous two at Royce sometime and see what happens.

YEAH OF COURSE we should definitely do that! I'm down for either of them - royce would probably be super self-destructive at the joker and not have any idea at all what to do with chaos. maybe if the event permits we can toss them together somehow.
