TRUTH OR DARE MEME

TRUTH OR DARE MEME

  • Comment with your characters

  • Tag other characters to give em truths or dares

  • Get them from other people in return

  • Hilarity hopefully ensues

  • Assume some kind of compulsion for truths to be true and so on for maximum shenaniganry

  • Play nice, kiddos

I dare you to ask a random person if you can sniff their shoes.

    Is this a fetish thing?

    [personal profile] whiteknightnecromancer 2017-08-21 02:55 am (UTC)(link)
No! It's a gross thing! Is that not the point of this game?
    clowngirl: (♦ Bubblegum)

    [personal profile] clowngirl 2017-08-21 03:28 am (UTC)(link)
Well, yeah, but I was tryin' not to judge!

    [personal profile] whiteknightnecromancer 2017-08-21 03:36 am (UTC)(link)
First off, why not judge someone for wanting to smell feet that have been trudging through wet muck for months? Secondly, then why ask?
    clowngirl: (♦ Oh my!)

    [personal profile] clowngirl 2017-08-21 03:48 am (UTC)(link)
It's called bein' open-minded, oh my God. You can't just tell somebody their gross thing is gross. You're the guy with shoe-sniffin' on the brain, you should understand.

    [personal profile] whiteknightnecromancer 2017-08-21 03:56 am (UTC)(link)
Shoe sniffing as a means of eliciting disgust is not even remotely- No. I was challenging you to perform a mildly embarrassing feat in the nature and spirit of a children's game. Can we perhaps return to that topic? I promise that nothing I ask is sexual in nature.
    clowngirl: (♦ Bubblegum)

Hey now, I'm okay with whatever you got to tell yourself, buddy.

Now I remember why I didn't play this as a child. Life in the boys' dormitory was strange enough without this rubbish.

I pick truth when you get to my turn, incidentally.
    clowngirl: (♦ Evil smirk)

    Most embarrassing childhood moment.

Extra points if it involves life in the boys' dormitory.

    [personal profile] whiteknightnecromancer 2017-08-21 04:33 am (UTC)(link)
Sadly, it does not. While getting thrown out of the Circle is hardly the highlight of my life, I'm not going to feel shame for winning fights against boys three years older than myself.

No, is fifteen childhood? Likely not. That would make the most embarrassing memories the times my mother dragged me around by my ear in public. 'We don't say things like that to a Magister, Dorian.' 'We don't eat our soup with a fork, Dorian.' 'We don't show weakness by screaming when the guest of honor kills a would-be assassin, Dorian.'
    clowngirl: (♦ How about that?)

    [personal profile] clowngirl 2017-08-21 04:46 am (UTC)(link)
To be fair, she was right about the fork.

    [personal profile] whiteknightnecromancer 2017-08-21 04:48 am (UTC)(link)
She was right about all of them. Very humiliating. Sometimes even when I know she's thousands of miles away I expect her to come up behind me, grab my left ear lobe, and march me out of the party.
    clowngirl: (♦ Let's Talk)

    [personal profile] clowngirl 2017-08-21 11:31 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, I get that. My ma was hard on me too. I dunno if gettin' thrown out of a "Circle" is like gettin' thrown outta the girl scouts, but trust me, she was P.O.'d!

    [personal profile] whiteknightnecromancer 2017-08-23 02:48 am (UTC)(link)
They're likely quite similar, I imagine. What were you thrown out for? I met a girl once who was thrown out for spilling ink on the Senior Enchanter's prize collection.
    clowngirl: (♦ Hyuck)

I maintain that cookie theft is a victimless crime.

    [personal profile] whiteknightnecromancer 2017-08-24 12:47 am (UTC)(link)
[That gets a deep, genuine laugh.]

Except for the poor, poor cookies. No one ever thinks of the cookies.
