I really need to get proper CR with Lutha because he is so engaging to read, I absolutely adore him. We have such a good crop of OCs in the game as it is, and Lutha definitely shines up there with them. I love having you around on plurk too, because you're such a sweetheart to talk to and always make me smile.

Noodle loser! Rhys is definitely a HUGE part of why I picked up the Borderlands series from Steam and I love him so much. I just want to punch his cheeks (yes punch, not pinch) he's just that perfect balance of GODDAMMIT IDIOT DO THIS and lovable. You play him so well, I'm always going RHYS NO. I wish we tagged more!

Fossiiiiillll you are such a sweetie and I always love playing with you. You've been fun with all characters and provided me with such a range of CR! You're really good at keeping different voices separate, and I get a solid impression of each of them whenever we play together. I'm not deep into MCU or FMA:B, but Sherlock particularly sounds very much like the one I saw in the show recently, and Cecil when you had him definitely had that particularly Nightvale-ish weirdness to him. I always feel like I'm going to get something reliable and solid from you. And you're so good at keeping pace with them too! Like jesus, I wouldn't be able to do three in one game that reliably, let alone when I know you've got some of them in other games besides. And I love chatting with you about our threads, and just that our CR spans the spectrum! Positive, negative, negative-flipped-to-positive, and the way you can do silly and serious with them. YOU ARE ALL AROUND GREAT.

Estinien and Lehko both have really unique voice quirks that I couldn't imagine trying to keep up with, and yet you do it so effortlessly. I really love reading your tags, and I wish we had more CR together because I think you're pretty much aces when it comes to giving out engaging tags with hooks.

I am fairly canonblind when it comes to Undertaker, but he is so much fun. He's very creepy and yet funny at the same time, with this odd unsettling vibe that comes through everything. I really enjoyed the threads we've done together and I hope we can do many more in the future. You're also really laid back and chill on plurk and I really enjoy chatting to you.

En! En En En!!! Francel isn't a character I'm super familiar with, but even so I've really enjoyed the threads we've had so far. The first one was completely ridiculous, but even in the middle of Francel being the butt of the joke, I feel like you still kept his character in mind. It wasn't just about him being embarrassed and so on; he had his own mindset about how he viewed things, about how he argued them, and it shaped the flow of the overall interaction in a very palpable way.

And in our current one, I want to say that tag where Francel described what he saw during the static was a complete goddamn joy to read. When characters retell long things like that, it can be difficult sometimes to keep their voice in it clearly, but there was a whole natural, personal flow to it. Like I said I don't know Francel well directly, but even so, there was a very clear, character-distinct tone to it all. There was something very narrative to it, with natural transitions as he went on and with his asides, and the emotion in it was apparent and really well conveyed. TL;DR I was impressed!

And I also want to say after your own reply to my comment here that I'm really grateful you gave Davesprite a chance despite your misgivings about the canon! I've played from Homestuck for years, so I know people can be very eh about it (definitely with good reason), so I always appreciate this kind of thing. Especially since it's made for the CR it has. I'm looking forward to more in the future!

i know nothing about andersen but I LOVE HIM... GOODBYE... i'm a sucker for small nerdlings and ik ik andersen is a manly man in spirit but it's still adorable ok. it's hard to play intellectual characters but you do it well!! and i'm glad you thoroughly embrace his apparent propensity to just be really obnoxious and annoying with his know-it-all tendencies?? or well like i guess what i'm saying is that i think a lot of people who play this type of character have a general attitude of "my character is smart and therefore never wrong" which can get annoying LAUGHS but you don't act that way and gods bless you

Psi, good gracious me, I think if you don't know how much I admire the hell out of your writing and characterisation by now then you're a massive goof. You have such a verve and energy to your tags that shines through in every thread and just sweeps me up and makes me wriggle in joy. You are such an expert at keeping your character voices distinct and IC, and I look up to you as a writer so much.

You've also always been so friendly whenever we've plotted and also when we just chat, and I am really glad you're around.

Let me just start off by saying first of all, I am so, so glad you joined! I've had a ton of fun playing with you so far, and I'm almost completely canonblind (I watched the Fate anime when it first came out??? That's it) but Andersen is amazing! You're super fun to thread with and your writing is a+, and even though I don't know anything about Andersen beyond the basics, his characterization and personality really shines through in all of your tags. I'm really excited to see how our cr goes.

On an ooc level, I'm super impressed by the way you hit the ground running in this game. You joined and immediately started jumping into plurks and plotting, and it was great! You're also really easy to talk to and very funny, and I hope you stick around forever tbh

When I apped I was super please and heartwarmed by how welcoming the game felt, and you were very much one of the people who made it feel that way. You've always been super fun to plot with and enthusiastic to do stuff and you've given me so many good threads, even from the first with Fiona. I haven't tagged Tifa yet (though I'd love to!) but NATASHA. Oh my god Natasha. Stuff with her has been a really fun up-and-down roller coaster, and I really appreciate how you let the mood of a thread flow where it will as it goes. Davesprite can go silly to serious to stupid teenage angst, and you've met me at every turn in a way that doesn't feel forced or unnatural. Davesprite's definitely going to try to be less of a butt to her in the future, btw. Chatting with you OOC is always fun too, and you're really easy to communicate with about starting up threads or planning this or that, which I'm always glad for. You're just so friendly and enthusiastic and I love it.

Nabi, listen, I freaking love you.

I have never been a fan of Homestuck, it just wasn't for me, and yet you've made me fall in love with a character that's an orange teenage bird. That's some amazing levels of roleplay talent right there. You manage to make him sympathetic, irritating, and hilarious all at the same time and I am so glad every time you tag with me. I love literally all our CR, I love our PSL, I love it all.

And thank you for being a sweetie on plurk, I am glad you joined and glad we're mates.

Fossil you're the best. The literal best. Your characters are all great and unique and bring their own flavors to the game. I've loved all my CR with each of them so far and I'm so sorry my life has been so hectic lately and kept me from fully exploring our threads.

But more than any that, you're great. You always work so hard with each of your characters and making the game itself great. You're such an important part of the community, a force of positivity and inspiration that we're so lucky to have.

I think I've told you before, but it needs saying again, I have such admiration for how you handle a character like Charlie. It would be so easy to just make him an idiot or played completely for laughs, but you have such heart and genuine emotion behind him that he's a complete rounded character that I've fallen in love with.

And please don't get me started on what a freaking cool pineapple you are on plurk. Talking to you on plurk always makes my day brighter and I am so glad you're in my life.

HELLO YOU'RE GREAT

Our threads are scattered but I've enjoyed each of them, and you're one of the people that did well to welcome me into the game! And maybe it's an odd thing, but I like that you let threads turn awkward sometimes? Like with Davesprite and Claire, or with Zach about Terezi, and it doesn't compromise the ability for future threads to happen. Because sometimes that just happens when people talk, so it's fun to let it develop naturally. I don't know Zach or Claire's canons so I can't judge on that front, but they both feel like individual people with solid lives behind them. And I've definitely enjoyed chatting on plurk too! I am def looking forward to more with both of them.

i have like hilariously complex personal feelings about haurchefant as a character and i can go from liking him to hating him (and vice versa!) in about five minutes... which is ridiculous given that francel ICly adores him

but whenever i get to tag with your haurchefant i am reminded of why i used to love him unconditionally and i am so glad, like, you just play him as having such a warm and generous heart and i cry every time??? bless you and bless your haurchefant i'll just be here patiently waiting for your tags...

Treasure Planet always has been, and always will be, one of my top Disney films. I wish I could watch it more often, but it turns me into a literal wreck of sobbing when I do, so I can't. But seeing you play Jim is like getting a breath of the film without watching it, I can hear him and see him in all your tags and it's amazing. I don't know Kanan as a character, but I've enjoyed what I've seen of him. As a person, you're lovely as hell (which makes sense to me shut up) and I want you to know I appreciate you a lot.

I am one hundred and ten percent canonblind, although it amuses the shit out of me that there's actually a Hans Christian Andersen that looks like that. But let me tell you, I already want to find the source material and consume the shit out of it, because your tags are just so engaging.

Other people have said the same thing, but I should reiterate that I am also really impressed how much you've jumped right in with both feet and got involved. It's so lovely to see you around and your enthusiasm, and I'm glad you joined.

I love our threads in general but just jesus that whole thing with Steph laying out what's happened in Norfinbury and passing along the relevant links has been so helpful and informative, and I really appreciate it both on the OOC level of having everything together presented piece by piece like that, and for the IC effects it's caused with Davesprite just learning more about Norfinbury and how it works. So, you've done a lot personally to raise my investment in the game higher than it already was.

Beyond that, you're super fun to thread with! Aside from the helpful stuff, Steph is fun and silly, and I like the ridiculous things that have happened in playing with you. The recent thread with the dumb euphemisms on back to the whole thing with the Cat. (I'd definitely love to have Davesprite run into him again someday, too.) You're very good at getting down the whole definitely a cat thing with him, too.
