sure why not
they should definitely talk again, though. maybe Davesprite can ask him about the books he has on file, or else message him to let him know when Karkat dies...? unless Fynn takes notice of him and Nicole bantering, idk. and who knows what the event will bring, so I'll keep my eye open for good chances for them to interact.

I laughed at the thought too. And the idea that at some point, Peter would have to watch some of this happen in frustration (Hi Indy!) and need to break it up.
The nice thing about Rocket here is that he has no guns, and he rarely tries to actually permanently injure anyone if he has no guns. So they can just get into an old-fashioned man vs. raccoon fight!

Character name and canon: Bluestar from Warrior Cats
About them: She was the leader of a clan of star-worshiping feral cats in a forest in Middle of Nowhere, England. (Whether your characters notice she has a british accent is up to you, I don't bring it up in my writing.) Her ways are very tribal, believing in things like warrior ancestors and prophecies and herbal medicine. This can make her a little easy to dupe, but mostly because she's doing her best to keep an open mind in unfamiliar territory.
She's a little scared of humans, so she'll be slow to trust them. However, since she can now communicate with them she's at least going to try diplomacy wherever she can. She will love any contact she can get with non-humans, particularly earth animals and cats.
Current plans: Within the near future Bluestar may get the idea of trying to organize what few animals she can find into a sort of makeshift clan, grouping them together and traveling together for their mutual benefit. This is partly to make herself feel more at home, and partly to stave off the anxiety caused by Old Cat Syndrome mixed with having everything about her reality turned inside out.
If I stay in the game until late april/early may, Bluestar will develop dementia. I brought her in from before it really took hold, but the effects will start showing up during the turn of the year. Feline dementia runs in her family (most notably seen in her uncle), and it strikes her pretty badly in the books due to developing it during a particularly rocky part of her Clan's history. I'm not sure what state she'll be in during her in-game battle with the illness, but everyone's CR has the potential to affect it.
Desired CR: Obviously I want animal friends for her, but getting used to humans is also something I really want. She does, after all, need someone to handle putting on / taking off her kitty clothes. In short? Everything.
Not looking for: Can't think of anything!

I'd like Dorian to interact more with Peter in the future if you're cool with that.
Since our current threads are heading for wraps it'd be cool to get something new going. Flynn will probably hit Rhys up on his inbox post-event melodrama to see how he's doing.
Might get wordy once he learns that Rhys is leaning towards Team Sacrifice because he has Opinions™ about that, so maybe that would give them a chance at something different and to progress past their "I really like this guy and have nice conversations about magic" stage?

HI HELLO I have no idea how their CR is going to shake out yet, but Davesprite can easily provide the more assholish, trolling kind of interactions or actual helpful, friendly sort. or both! even in the same convo! he's flexible like that. don't worry about me taking IC conflict personally OOC, either; negative interactions between characters can be super fun and I don't take them to reflect the player's opinion at all. also the whole being half-crow thing might come up pretty easily, depending how their thread goes.
hi hi Davesprite is gonna be concerned about Bluestar because dangit House stop tricking people into dangerous experiments, plus the Cat has won a pretty big soft spot in his weird, half-avian heart. and his sister technically had a talking cat before Norfinbury even happened, because Homestuck is weird like that. tl;dr he'll try to help her how he can and explain Norfinbury and human concepts if she just asks.
How do you feel about Rocket interacting with someone's whose first question is if he's possessed?
Threading with Flynn has been A+! Would love to do more in the future!
I have not yet tossed either of my characters at Bluestar but feel I must.
Joker is a mass murdering clown with a soft spot for animals, chaos here is an ancient celestial being badly cosplaying as a teenager.

I can probably offer confusing CR.
Joker is a font of bad vibes and horrible, but he'd probably think Rocket is cute....yep. So that could be infuriating!
chaos here is a space angel and as such is generally unflappable. He won't lose his cool over someone being a jerk unless the jerk-ness becomes violent.
Don't worry about me taking IC conflict personally either, negative character CR can be super fun (and I play a villain and a weirdo, so).

HI I haven't tagged you yet but I'd love to have them interact sometime since Squalo has a rather lovehate relationship with cats.
Also he still might be a bit nicer to her than people tbh.

Flynn has a hilarious canon tendency to run into his literary heroes and be a disgraceful fanboy about it so I'm stoked he gets to do that here, too 8D
A meetup would be hilarious! He'll get you things from high shelves, Andersen.
At some point he will also likely get the idea that maybe there's other reincarnated people in Andersen's world, too?? so he might bug him with alll the questions

And whoa thanks now I need this like yesterday. (It will probably be a garbage fire, but that's all the more reason to do it, right?)
Could be a challenge to make them interact though unless one of them accidentally edgelords too hard on the network and the other expresses Interest (I really wanted to tag House's "would you rather" prompt, for one, but Squalo wouldn't have shared his opinion at that point...) or just kind of wander into each other? Which area is Royce at nowadays?

Character name and canon: James Wilson | House MD
About them: James is basically a bleeding heart guy who happens to be an oncologist because why not specialize in a field that deals with people who have a serious illness that doesn't discriminate between adults and children in terms of who it affects? Ahem.
He's very pleasant to be around and talk to, if not a bit buttoned up in terms of how he dresses/carries himself and how much he'll say at any given time. Though, if you know exactly what to say, he might find himself saying too much.
On some level, Wilson has issues with losing people. He's been married and divorced three times, mainly because of his inability to remain in long-term relationships, but there's also the fact that he is drawn towards needy people. Once he's helped them become less needy, they become less attractive. Or something like that.
But hey, if you want someone around who's generous to a fault and overall nice and pleasant all the time, Wilson's your man.
So far in his time in Snowhell (in no particular order), he's encountered an anomaly that looked like his deceased girlfriend; been murdered; turned into an automaton and then experimented on by his bestie House; and got old, disillusioned, and bitter. 8D
Current plans: Wilson's drifting around a little rudderless right now. The fake time event threw him a little. He really hated the person he became then, and although that's over now, he still has all these extra memories to sort out.
He's also seeing people become increasingly interested in investigations/solving puzzles/being generally useful and it's making him realize he's really not that useful. So in the near future, he might try a totally not dangerous or life-threatening experiment of his own to see what happens.
Desired CR: Anything and everything, positive or negative. Wilson's great for reaching out to people, but he also manages to alienate/disgust people with his overly enabling habits.
Not looking for: N/A, other than maybe not another death this soon, but I'm flexible.

Hello again! And thanks for the fun threads at the TDM (especially the anomaly drama with Malcolm), I enjoyed that a lot! :D
She seems nice enough to Flynn and he's going to be fascinated by her culture like he was at the tdm so he might ask her a million questions and be an annoying Twoleg about everything
