So let's say your character is feeling charitable, and in the spirit of helping others, opens an advice column where they can dispense their wisdom. What? Your character is the opposite of charitable and helpful? Then they're doing it for lulz. Make up your own reasons, there are no meme police.

Aight, here's how it works:
1. Post a toplevel for your character.
2. Under anonymous (or not, who cares really), have your character ask for advice from a toplevel character.
3. There's no number 3. Go nuts, fam.
